Emerald

But Emmy has always belonged especially to Adrian. He chose her as his dog, and the bond these two share is something truly special. Adrian will proudly tell anyone who will listen that Emerald is the better of the two sisters—and, in his eyes, she absolutely is! She is truly the apple of his eye, and there is no question that Emmy knows exactly who her person is.

Adrian has devoted himself to training and showing Emerald, and together they have already shared so many wonderful experiences. They have competed together in AKC Junior Showmanship, Owner-Handled competition in the breed ring, and 4-H, as well as working on obedience and Trail Dog. They have even taken on a Costume Contest at our local fair! More than simply being a show dog, Emmy has become Adrian’s teammate, giving him a dog of his own to learn with, grow with, and thrive alongside.

She is a deeply special girl with a wonderful connection to her person, and we are incredibly excited to watch that relationship continue to develop. We truly believe Emerald is the next dog for Adrian to thrive with, and we cannot wait to see where their journey together takes them.

We look forward to showing Emmy more in the years ahead and, if all goes according to plan, we have dreams of one day pairing her with our beautiful Caspian as part of the future we are building here at Shamayim Acres.
